Privacy Policy

Evicted is a free fantasy game. We collect as little personal data as we can while still letting you sign in, draft a team, and see your name on the leaderboard. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, used only to sign you in.
• If you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user ID and an email address. Apple's sign-in sheet lets you choose between sharing your real email or hiding it behind an Apple Private Relay address; whichever you (or Apple, by default) select is what we get.
• A username and avatar you pick. These are shown publicly on the leaderboard and on houseguest "picked by" lists.
• Your team picks and your point totals over the course of the season.
• A device push token, but only if you grant notification permission. It's used to deliver game updates.

What other players can see

Only your username, avatar, and score are visible to other users. Your email address is never shown to other players or exposed by the app's public data views.

What we DON'T collect

• We do not track your location.
• We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral trackers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We do not show ads.

Push notifications

Notifications are optional and entirely manual. There are no automated marketing pushes. An admin types each message before it's sent, and they're only about in-game events (evictions, competition results, season milestones). You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in a managed Postgres database and object storage service running on cloud infrastructure in the United States.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, team picks, scoring history, push token, and authentication record are all removed. We retain no backups of deleted accounts.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects what we collect or how it's used, we'll update the date at the top and surface the change in the app before the new policy applies to you.
