By using Evicted, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — read them.

Unofficial fan project

Evicted is an unofficial, fan-made fantasy game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any television network, production company, host, or other rights holder of any reality competition series. All houseguest names and gameplay events referenced in the app are factual information reported from publicly available broadcasts and reporting.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you're between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

How you sign in

You can sign in with your email (we send you a 6-digit code) or with Sign in with Apple. Either way, you're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Your team and how scoring works

When you join a season, you draft a team of houseguests. Once submitted, your picks are locked for the rest of the season — you cannot trade, swap, or modify them.

If you join after gameplay has started, your team size is reduced (down to 0 picks if you join too late) and your scoring is forward-only: you only earn points for events that happen after the eviction in which you signed up. Past points are never inherited.

Acceptable use

Don't impersonate other people. Don't pick usernames or avatars that are offensive, infringing, or that impersonate a real public figure other than the houseguests themselves, whose names are factual. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or attack the service.

No real money

Evicted is free. There are no in-app purchases, no real-money prizes, no entry fees, and no gambling components. Points and leaderboard standings have no cash value.

Content and accuracy

We do our best to log gameplay events accurately and quickly, but Evicted is a fan project. Scoring may occasionally be corrected after the fact (for example, when a result is reversed or a typo is fixed). Corrections may change your point totals.

Termination

We can suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion removes your data immediately.

Limitation of liability

This app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they apply to you. Continuing to use Evicted after a change means you accept the updated terms.
